What are teens thinking?
The National Campaign has conducted teen focus groups, online surveys, and a national telephone poll to understand what teens are thinking these days in terms of romantic relationships. The results are published in Kiss and Tell – What Teens Say about Love, Trust, and Other Relationship Stuff.
Dating Violence Protocols:
The Dibble Institute developed a Dating Violence Protocol to help instructors of our programs to spot warning signs of abuse and respond appropriately. We also adapted a fact sheet about dating violence for teens themselves from the National Youth Violence Prevention Resource Center.
Both were developed as part of our Healthy Marriage Demonstration Grant. Please feel free to copy these and use them in your programs. We are pleased to make these two resources available to others in the field to help keep our teens safe.
Fundraising Materials:
At the 2007 Smart Marriage Conference Executive Director, Kay Reed, led a fundraising workshop based on her many years of successful experience in the field. Her Fundraising Case Statement Binder can be used for group or one-to-one PowerPoint presentations or printed and inserted into a three ring binder for personal conversations.
Kay’s Donor Research Sheet is available for your use is well.
